Documents to Bring:

1. The original copy of your baby’s Vaccination Record (Immunization Card), identity document (e.g., Birth Certificate), registered parent’s ID card (a photocopy or a photo on your phone is acceptable).

2. If your package includes the Oral Rotavirus Vaccine, it is recommended not to feed the baby prior to the appointment. This is to prevent the baby from spitting up or vomiting due to a full stomach, which could affect the absorption of the vaccine.

3. Please dress your baby in loose, easy-to-remove clothing, as vaccines for infants are typically injected into the thigh.

4. If your baby is feeling unwell, please contact us via WhatsApp to reschedule.

5. There must be a gap of 7 to 14 days between vaccinations received at our clinic and those received at Government Maternal & Child Health Centres (MCHCs) to ensure a sufficient observation period.
